Recover from deployment, connection, storage, and payment failures.
Deployment
Check the operation timeline. Retriable failures are handled automatically. A dead-letter or broken instance shows a support shortcut and releases funds according to lifecycle state.
Connection or storage
Confirm Running status, use the generated SSH command, check declared port mappings, and verify that durable files are under the external volume mount.
Payment
Compare network, official token contract, recipient, amount, transaction finality, and confirmation count. Link the invoice when opening support.
